"I was pretty upset, so I called the restaurant to speak with the manager and confirm what had happened. However, after being put on hold for ten minutes without a response, I ended up hanging up in frustration. If you’re looking for good service and don’t want your food discarded just because you forgot it (which I imagine happens often), I strongly advise against eating at Italia. There are plenty of better options in San Diego."
