"The service was truly excellent and the food was perfectly decent, but uninspired. This is our second visit to this restaurant and it simply does not compare to its sister restaurant, BlackSalt in DC's Palisades. The restaurant itself is somewhat cavernous but benefits significantly from being carpeted with ceiling sound baffling you really can have a conversation here! The outside dining area is quite charming, although we were seated inside. Service was its strongpoint food arrived quickly, the servers were all friendly and solicitous and food was delivered very quickly."
