"Rockpool was exceptional, if a little expensive. Excellent food and service, with a massive, wellcurated wine list. If, like me, you love delving into wine lists, I suggest that you arrive minutes before your guests. Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant but found the acoustics of the bar made for difficulty in having a conversation. I will return"

"I ordered a Margherita pizza and these guys don?t even have the decency to have fresh basil in store. I have a pie right now with a ton of sauce and fresh Mozzarella on it and no basil whatsoever. Ridiculous ! I stand corrected!! This wasn?t even fresh mozzarella!!!!! It was regular shredded mozzarella made to look like fresh cuts of mozzarella. They sprinkled dried basil on it ."

"My love affair with Gordon's birthday started in November 2016. A friend and I invited a large group of our people we knew and had an explosion there. I was impressed by food, but also the fact that it wasn't any average chicken shake! After that, I had the opportunity to order a WHOLE HOT CHICKEN for Thanksgiving. Wow, that was good. Since then, Gordons has been the right place to visit regularly. Great for meetings (free Wi-Fi is alway a plus) or just kick with your guys and watch the game. I highly recommend this point. A great representative of the New Nashville."

"I expressed my concern about the heat at our table from the gas wall fire located next to our table to the hostess when she directed me the table. It was very hot seated outside next to a long , gas wall fire literally just a few feet from my back. Even the chair backs were hot to the touch. She seemed very annoyed and short with me and offered to seat us indoors next to the piano which was pretty loud and so dining outside was much preferred. It was a very early seating and there were plenty of open table options which could have been rearranged. Dining at this restaurant in summer and fall is about the beautiful view and outdoor seating is what we requested and were looking forward to. We sat there next to the fire anyway. It was very uncomfortable. We moved the table ourselves about a foot farther away from the flames and it was still hot but tolerable. I would think the hostess could have moved the table when I said it was too hot to sit there but she didn’t have any interest in my request. The managers Will and Lucy are very friendly and professional. They have a lot of great choices on the menu and the food is very good. The piano player is excellent. We have dined there for many years even decades but I have never been treated with such disregard by a hostess."

"bathrooms were not cleaned before arrival, müll was never removed, and toilet seats were loose and wobbly. I stayed 45-60 minutes and went back before I left and nothing was changed except that the müll was now on the floors. server were very helpful, however, and eating was good. chips were immediately brought out as soon as we had finished a bowl and refilled on drinks were excellent. I wish I had photos."

"I walked in and ordered, I swear on my family’s life the food arrived at my table within 2 Minutes. I went to wash my hands and it came as I was walking back to my table. The food was excellent and the staff was very polite. A staff member was walking around to help people and offer assistance. They gave me a refill on my way out as well. Hands down the best experience I have had with any restaurant. It was so clean, and lively."

"Would have been all 5 stars if the customer service was better. I just got off working 13 hour day. I ordered ahead on the app to pick up through the drive-through. I had no issues with the attendant confirming orders, however when my car was on thecorner pointed towards the drive-through window where you pick up. There was about maybe four cars in front of me. They werewaiting for their food one of which was pulled ahead past the window and three that were not. There was a bag of food with adrink sitting next to it ready to go on the window it was sitting there. The bag was wide open so air was getting into it. Theysat another bag out an d the attendant that was working outside grabbed that bag and brought it to the car in front of me withtheir two shakes. Then that car drove off and they continued to hand out meals as they came out and the other one continue tosit there. I get up to the window sadly that bag sitting on the window ledge was mine. I said something to the attendant and hesaid oh I just saw it here now , ha ha. I said I have it on dash cam and he didn?t care after that. I got home and the food wascold and there wasn?t even enough fries to be a medium in the bag.I was upset that they didn?t even attempt to make things right, when I said something. It?s extremely sad. Overall a really bad customer service experience. Night staff needs improvement."

"I placed an order online for pick up well before the 10:30 am time. By the time the poor girl standing outside got to my daughter in the drive thru it was 10:38..Told her my name for pick up she went in, I assumed to get the order and came back out stating that it was already past the 10:30 time and they couldnt give it to us. When I called the manager she said bc we weren't there before 10:30 and my order canceled automatically. Yet they gave me a receipt canceling my order."

"Wow. No one took pride in making these meals. You can really just slap discs of meat, bread, and veg together in a box and let Jesus take the wheel. I wouldn't go as far as to say my sandwich was inverted.. but I almost did lol. Probably more cheese plastered on the inside of the box than in the sandwich. And the chicken was sticking out so far from the bun that producing a mocking raspberry was all that was needed to complete the effect. Of course the cheese made it so all the components were glued into this position, the bun bearing the brunt of the reconstruction damage. I would be at a loss, but in all fairness it still tastes fine, save for the hint of paper essence once the cheese was grafted back on to the chicken. Overworked kids, overworked results. See you same time next week."

"Apparently, the hours are not as posted. Drove 3 hours to visit Binghamton and this was to be one of the stops. Place is closed 2.5 hours after posted opening. Also took 20 minutes to find a parking with the beautiful pile of rubble that has the street outside closed. Will not be wasting my time on a place like this again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"EDIT (as of October 2021): This location seems to have worked out its issues from a few months ago. Delivery has improved drastically! So happy to have my favorite pizza place back! Original post: Vocelli's in Scott used to have fast delivery and great food. The last two times I have ordered (with in the last month) it has taken over an hour for delivery. Today it was two hours. I think I'll start ordering elsewhere."
