"I went there w family for Mother's Day brunch. We had to engage with staff, despite having a reservation, to get seated, then waited for quite some time at tables with no water, utensils, or menu. I finally went and picked up the special menus from the bar myself. We studied the menus and the server acknowledged us once as to the fact that we had menus, but we still had no water or utensils, and could not order our meals. While we were still waiting to have our orders taken, perhaps a half hour after being seated, we noticed a server delivering the order to a table that had been there with drinks and appetizers before we arrived. We then surmised that it would likely be another 45 minutes or so to get our food, we all agreed to leave in search of brunch. We went to get dim sum in South Philly and figured we were eating sooner there (after a drive and getting seated) than if we had stayed at this place. The service was about the worst I've encountered in my life."
