"My family recently took my mother-in-law to your brunch and was extremely disappointed. We were there on many occasions to celebrate events and had as many as 35 guests at a time always reservations as we did this time. There were 17 of us and we booked 11 AM as a time slot. The bacon was broken and burned. The eggs were ice cold. The bagel was very cold as if recently frozen, and there was no toaster, we asked the help. The spices were in drinking glasses, each one for butter and jelly hidden on the bar behind the cook make omelets. The donuts were gone at 11:30 and when we were asked for more, we were told about the head cover that there is everything. We had 1 creamer and a sugar holder for all 17 of us. We were not offered our free orange juice or drink we had to ask at the end because the guest did not know it was included. We were there many times, but will think long and hard before we come back. By the way, our server was wonderful."
