"I love writing positive reviews so that this was a hard one to write. It took 5 minutes until the waiting staff noticed that we were even in the restaurant. The menu was difficult to understand, of which items were on the dinner menu and which were the lunch menu based on formatting. The waitress then stopped to ask a few times if we wanted everything you can eat. We said no, and she didn't understand that we didn't want it. Explanation of how everything you could eat worked or distinctions between items on the menu were unclear... We decided not to eat there on the basis of the quality of service in the first 10-15 minutes and to choose another facility."

"Awesome! I was in town and we cancelled another location due to horrific lines at Hersey, but the Brewery was able to wipe the slate clean of a bad park day and whole family felt immediately better. Great food and service 100"
