"We sat in the bar area , which was perfect for 2 . The service and the food were both outstanding. Great explanations for unusual combinations , the food was both beautiful and delicious! Would not hesitate to go back . My Gnudi was outstanding!"

"Server did not check on us. My entire party received their food, I ordered a salad at the same time and I never got my order. I had to go track down a hostess to inquire about my food as it was going on 10:00pm and I had not received my salad. The server saw me at the hostess stand and had an attitude about me asking the hostess about my food; even though she had not come back to check on our table. Once she returned to my table, she still did not have my salad and blamed it another server/kitchen staff by saying someone else must have taken it Even so, she would have known I did not receive my order if she had come back to check on our table. Personally, I don't think she even entered my order. In the end I never got my salad or any food for that matter, or an offer to compensate me for the the extreme inconvenience. I will not come back, and they were not busy and with service like this, I can see why."

"Came to town for a weekend getaway and decided we would all get an igloo at Drinks were great, but slow service considering there weren't many people there. We were worried about meeting the minimum spend it was happy hour when we attended and the drinks were cheap, so we decided to order the creekstone long bone tomahawk ribeye as a carryout item as our igloo time limit was almost up. Our server told us that it should feed people. We paid our bill and took our carry out items to go. Upon returning to our AirBNB, we realized that the steak was nowhere near oz. and could probably only feed people.Called the manager up on the phone and sent him a photo of the steak and he said it was unacceptable and would refund us for the steak. Our server also never told us gratuity was already included there were system issues splitting up the bill so nobody ever saw the actual check until afterwards and didn't realize there was already a tip included within the total. Our server never mentioned it and it doesn't say gratuity would be included with the igloo on the website. We all tipped additionally on top of that. With the steak getting taken off of our bill, our server walked away with an tip. Nice guy, but we feel like we got robbed"

"I am staying at the hotel and work late most nights, so I've been here twice this week. Of the items I've tried not one thing was worth what I paid. The French onion soup was close but the cheese was burnt and the taste permeated throughout the entire bowl. The pork tenderloin was good but the sides were cold. The eggplant is really a plate of melted cheese with a tough sliver of skin-on eggplant. The best things so far are the $2 pints of Miller Lite on Mondays. Because I am here most of the month, I will continue to test the menu in the hopes of finding something that tastes as good as it costs. I'm not holding out much hope. That's too bad because the place has potential. The atmosphere is very nice. Thank goodness I'm on an expense account. I wouldn't want to waste my money on this place."

"Service was great. The waitress brought many refills and was polite and funny. Could use a little more marinade with the bread sticks that are not free, and the garlic sauce was a bit oily with the crushed parts on the ground that is difficult to reach. Servings were great and had enough to eat later when we came home. The food was great if you like Italian and the prices were slightly high, but most places in this area price for the atmosphere. And I would imagine that they have to pay higher real estate taxes or rents."

"What an amazing experience, this is a place I will revise over and over again. The food is amazing, cooked to perfection, not like your food chain restaurants where it is just another order.
