"Located in a wonderful skyline setting, this restaurant offers a great atmosphere that is brighter than most skyline venues. It is a fantastic spot for both lunch and dinner, perfect for enjoying a good conversation. The waitstaff is typically very friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience. They offer vegetarian and vegan options, and are willing to accommodate substitutions. The coffee here is exceptional, with a smooth and delicious flavor that keeps me coming back for more. While it can get busy during peak times, the spacious parking lot can usually accommodate the crowds. Overall, this is my favorite skyline restaurant and I highly recommend it."

"We decided to dine at this restaurant to celebrate my birthday after being turned away from the nearby Thai restaurant due to lack of servers. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The service was quick, the waitress was very attentive, and we were immediately greeted by a chef with a impressive man bun upon entering. The food was tasty; Skyline offers options for those with dietary restrictions. The black beans and rice were delicious and vegan-friendly, while my husband enjoyed a Greek salad loaded with gluten-free toppings. Our guest opted for more traditional menu items, but couldn't resist the black beans and rice and vowed to try them next time. All of this came to around $20, which was a great deal. It had been a while since we last visited Skyline, so this impromptu visit turned out to be a pleasant surprise for us. I would definitely recommend this location."

"I don't come to Eaton as many times as I used to, but my son and I like to eat here. It is always immaculate, the staff is always friendly and the service is always fast. "Came and sat down with our family friends, sat and waited for 20 minutes with not even water while the waitress seated and took the orders of every table that came in after us(5 tables). We were also seated in the furthest back table in the place, closest to the bathroom. We were the only NOT white people there. The atmosphere was not welcoming if you get what I mean. Waitress only spoke to me…Only me acknowledged me when I spoke—Not once during the whole experience did she make eye contact with anyone else even when they spoke to her. When it came time to give us the check instead of giving it to any of the men with us she shoved it at me. Its was really uncomfortable. While placing food/drinks she repeatedly reached infront of people’s faces, instead of walking around and handing out food out by each individual. But let’s skip to the actual food, it was disappointing. On top of the chili being super watery, every hotdog that we ordered came out with the wrong toppings on it(asked for no onion no mustard in kids so they put it on and the one dog was supposed to have everything and it didn’t have anything) I would not recommend anything with this disgusting excuse of “chili” in it. Idk if it’s cinnamon or nutmeg but it’s too much it’s gross. Baked potato was probably the best, second the chicken bacon “wrap” and that wasn’t even all that. Chili is dead last."

"Food was great as I remembered my first visit to the Skyline facility in Dayton, Ohio, excellent service, great hot dogs! Gereist outside my city (a few years ago) 2 more chain in Indiana twice (Indy) and at this point the quality was bad, was very, very, disappointed both visits. "They were very busy with only one server who was trying her best. I felt so bad for her. Some hateful people came up and began yelling and name calling toward her and the staff. Every where is short staffed right now and they were trying their best no one needed to be rude and nasty. Even though our service took a little longer than usual we still enjoyed our meal, and the staff was so sweet and apologetic. I hope people learn to be a little more kind and patient to our people serving us."

"This restaurant provided the best service we've ever experienced at a fast food establishment! Since it was our first time at Gold Star Chili and we were unfamiliar with this type of chili, the staff kindly allowed us to sample the Gold Star vegetarian chili before placing our order. The waiting staff was extremely friendly, making our visit truly enjoyable. Both varieties of chili were delicious, the burger was fantastic, and the parmesan garlic fries were indulgent! We're definitely planning to return!"

"I came late through skyline journey through tonight pick up eating for me and my friend (we both work in almost food management in nearby locations) after a long terrible Sunday shift. I was incredibly impressed when I was greeted with amazing hospitable by tori! "The workers at this location are either just rushing to get people out the door or they’re just not able to comprehend words. Something as simple as “no mustard” is quite easy for me to understand, I guess you have to be a rocket scientist of an employee to know how to read that. They should really be mindful of people who are allergic to things, this is why people remove certain items from their order. Then when you call and complain they don’t want to fix anything. Worst skyline ever!!!!"

"This was our first time at the actual restaurant. We could only eat our recreated 4 ways of spaghetti at home from the can. It tasted as we expected. It's not your typical spaghetti sauce. It is basically a chili hot dog sauce over spaghetti. We tried their cheerful Koney, Chili deluxe burrito and the 4 ways spaghetti. All hands down were delicious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I liked the fact that you could see how they prepare everything. Your facility was pretty clean. My only complaint is that I wish they had larger plates to stir and cut all your delicacies without spilling them on the table. Others then that I wish I lived closer to eat there more often."

"I’ve come to this location a few times as it’s the closest one to my house. But it’s never consistent, last week my chili was completely watery and didn’t have any flavor. The worked also don’t realize the 3/4 way potatoes aren’t supposed to have cheese on them when you pick them up. But when I ask for no cheese they always say it comes on the side. And yet majority of the time if I dont ask then it’s covered in cheese."

"Follow me to see where I'm headed next! I absolutely love Skyline Chili and can’t get enough of it. I have an odd goal to dine at every Skyline location, and since I’m such a fan, I had to check this one out. It's just been newly renovated and has a very modern, clean, and inviting atmosphere. The chili was excellent—fresh and delicious! Our server was incredibly busy but still remained friendly, cheerful, and attentive. I will definitely be coming back to this location!
