"On the trek back to Seattle from Vancouver, we stopped by Hot Diggity Dog for lunch and went to the nearby Molly Moon 's for ice cream after. As usual, it was street parking all around for this place. We managed to find a spot on one of the nearby side streets. Fortunately, since it was a regular Wednesday for a later lunch, Hot Diggity Dog wasn 't too crowded. It seemed to be a one man operation, but considering that, our orders were ready quickly. The menu is extensive with so many different hot dog varieties to choose from. I had trouble deciding what I wanted, but since I wasn 't that hungry, I ended up splitting part of a hot dog with one of the other people in our group. The hot dogs aren 't extremely large one person can easily finish it but I was saving room for dessert, since I wasn 't intending to share my ice cream! This is a very eco friendly establishment, and just be sure to read the signs when it comes to throwing away your trash when you 're finished. And, be sure to take advantage of the condiments bar, where you can pour your own mustard, ketchup, relish and other toppings ... as much as your heart desires. Here 's what we got: Kansas City Dog : This dog came loaded with melted Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and yellow mustard. This was the hot dog flavor I shared with another person in our group. I like sauerkraut and this was a good mixture of everything it wasn 't overloaded with the kraut (not overpowering or overwhelming), but it was just enough so I could still taste and enjoy the flavors. The hot dog itself was also really tasty, and the melted Swiss helped to hold everything together. It was a good blend of flavors, and I highly recommend this (if you like sauerkraut). Atlanta Dog : This dog was simpler but no less tasty. It came topped with chili and coleslaw. If you want something comforting but still flavorful, this is the way to go. It 's your standard chili dog, and the chili was made the way our group member liked it thick and full of beans. He also liked the coleslaw, saying that it was really refreshing. Louisiana Dog : This dog came with grilled onions, tomatoes and BBQ sauce. One of our group members who really likes BBQ and tomatoes ordered this, and he wasn 't disappointed. It sure came with a lot of tomatoes, but our group member said everything was really flavorful and the entire concoction reminded him of pasta. Veggie Dog : This healthy hot dog was plain but still packed some good taste. It was a vegan hot dog with mild seasoning. The person in our group who ordered this isn 't vegan but does like vegetarian things. She said even though this plainer hot dog didn 't come with toppings, the dog itself still had a lot of flavor and she topped it with her own ketchup for extra taste. Buffalo Dog : If I ordered my own hot dog, this is the flavor I would have gotten. It came with blue cheese crumbles, BBQ sauce and celery salt. I love blue cheese and BBQ sauce, so I know I would love the toppings on this hot dog. The only component I 'm rather curious about is that celery salt ... which I can 't exactly imagine (and I don 't like celery), but I 'd still be willing to get this hot dog and experience it, just for the blue cheese alone. California Dog : This hot dog also sounded appealing to me because it reminded me of a standard California roll. It came with avocado, tomato, cucumbers and the eatery 's secret Diggity sauce. I would probably get it without tomatoes, but since I love avocado, I 'm curious to see what this hot dog version would taste like."
