"An almost perfect burrito. Nice thick cut yet perfectly crispy bacon. Decent curd on the egg. Cheese was meh. Seasoning almost non existent. But the SAUCES! You must try it with the Avo ranch or just douse it with Tap. Tortilla was okay. Did its job but only slightly on the dry side. It was grilled properly, however they skipped the steps of a paper/foil steam. Would have sent the chew/cronch factor to the moon. Avo ended up all at the ends. Not sure maybe an assembly thing? Structurally it held together nicely, just composition wise you may want to attack this sucker like a hero. It does come from a sandwich shop after all. My biggest gripe? PROPERLY CRISPED TOTS! If you go the tater tot route (and imho thats the only option these days) they need to be crispy on the outside, and a core of steamy cloud like fluff in the center. Its riding that fine line of burning them puppies and having a soggy watery mess that falls apart into a cubist mushy spudstratum. Best breakfast burrito in town? No. Top 10? Yes! Top 5? Errrrr its a brawl between this one and Kreuz. Almost identical but this one has better bacon and eggs. However Kreuzberg does their tots perfect, sometimes."
