"We had a great dinner at Fior d?Italia by chance, and we?re glad to have experienced this classic restaurant! With a party of 10 looking for a place to eat on a Friday night near Fisherman?s Wharf, the Fior d?Italia was able to accommodate our group at short notice and offered a great dining experience for our entire group which included adults and teens. The restaurant is in an historic hotel (the San Reno Hotel, which is said to be haunted! . It was a charming Victorian style building and traditionally decorated. It?s a large venue with multiple rooms and a full bar. The Italian servers that we had gave an authentic vibe to the dining experience and were responsive and pleasant. The food was enjoyed by the entire party. We had one dish come out considerably cooler than the rest, but the server was able to get it heated up quickly to resolve the issue. I had the lasagna which was presented differently than what I?m used to, but it was still delicious. They also provided nice fresh bread before the meal. They had a nice wine list and had good options for cocktails. The old fashioned was very good. This is a great place to get a hearty traditional Italian meal at a classic location! PS we didn?t see any ghosts?unfortunately."
