"Old school Italian, very welcoming, comfortable, large menu, fantastic bar selections and so on. The whole evening just got better than we left. We love sitting at the bar and eating and Dave the bartender makes a wonderful drink. He was kind, known and made some good suggestions. Tara our waitress was so fantastic. She knows the menu well and was attentive and friendly. For apps we tried the Clams Casino, which was small and sweet tonight's offer. Just delicious. We also have shrimp cocktail nice and cold and great cocktail sauce. We then ordered Pasta DiGiovanni OMG it is Sicilian style spicy garlic sauce over Linguine. Absolutely perfectly boiled Al Dente and a sharp red garlic infused sauce. Sole almondin also perfectly cooked and my husband loved it. My daughter had the double Italian pork chop with hot peppers. She took care of the taste. We ordered a side of raven and escarole both were just delicious. I must mention the fabulous house salad with an anchovy oil base dressing. Very delicious, I need to find out what kind of red paprika they used because they were unforgettable. We finished the meal with a cannoli to go for the big guy who was too full to eat one immediately, but wanted his leak for later. I ordered the pistachio cake! I was thinking about it. I was told by Tara that Stephanie is doing all the baking and everything I can say is more please! After all, the parker was the most beautiful and friendly man. I wish I had asked his name, but I'll be next time. He made an impression on us when he chose all three of our doors and smiled and wished us a pleasant evening. The entire expedition was unforgettable and we cannot wait to go back. Diane you run a beautiful restaurant, have wonderful staff that all treats us as regular and we want to say we are now regularly in the future.
