"Incredible food, incredible service. The grilled dishes are excellent. The pork BBQ is not sown before serving, and its smokey, pfefferic taste is on its own incredible without one of the 6 (or is it now 8? great sauces. The moist brisket, one of the most difficult cuts to get right, is the best I ever had, including that of the supposed kings of Brisket, that pesky Texans. The smoked turkey is incredibly humid and tasteful I am not a smoked turkey fan, but on mission it is irresistible. The short and baby back ribs are good, but maybe not the best I ever had. The #41 sausage is quite normal, but the Jalapeno-Ccheddar is pretty good. The sides are good, especially the Mac cheese and the Brisket improved beans. The service is excellent, they circulate and offer you refills and bus your table, and often have samples of their fare to try. That was quick to go to my lunch, not only the food and service great, it is dangerous close to my office!"
