"Well this place was one of my all time favorites when the original owner Brad and Krista started it I was the very first customer the day before they ever opened for the public I didn't know this and they said come on in and feed me everything onthe menu to say the least the customer service was outstanding. So today I stop buy at 130 pm 2 people in line ahead of me knowbig deal so I stand and wait for my food which is 2 sandwiches 2 side and I'm still standing and waiting 30 minutes I get myfood. I received my food and it's cold tough beef brisket coleslaw was not very good at all I really hope there customerservice goes back to what it was also the food I hate to leave this review but from someone that know how it all started in 1995disappointing is a understatement ????"

"Waited all year (return from vacation) to get my sandwich at the Urbana site. Got a Que-ban sandwich to go. Discovered down the road that I was given honey mustard sauce instead of the queso that came on the sandwich for the last few years. Sandwich was still good, but not NEARLY as awesome as it could have been."
