"I visited the restaurant on a Friday at 11:00 for the Drive-thru. The car in front of me placed a $40 order, which caused a delay in getting my order. Even though there was only one car ahead of me, it took about 20 minutes to receive my food. However, once I reached the window, I was greeted with a sincere apology for the delay. The young lady working behind the counter was very professional and apologetic. Despite my frustration, she took responsibility for the delay, which I greatly appreciated. The food I received was fresh and hot. Despite the less than ideal situation, the team members' accountability and professionalism matched that of Chick-fil-A, which is something I have not experienced at any other fast food chain. Kudos to this restaurant."
