"You give fake bills in your change then claim that it might have been yours to start with you trying to get rid of when you recognize it. Went to Exxon after my meal, went up to gas and got the $50 I was going back as a change from BK (I paid with a $100 of the workers surprisingly took) the cashier there told me that it was fake. It was also a scary good fake bill. Wing back to BK and even waited to submit a police report for records. Basically it was said that not our fault"

"It’s good but when you order something plain they seem to have trouble with it. I order ketchup mayo only and I seem to be getting bacon, pickles, and CHEESE! And they ask me if I want cheese I say” no cheese please” and still get it lol and their dine in closes way too early. But I love it. "I can't eat too often here, but this selection of the website (Bacon Double Whopper with Cheese) wasn't just good it was FREE! Not over boiled, but fixed as if I did. WOW! Fries were cooked exactly. They were so good, I ate them before I came home... this is unusual because I would usually throw something out, but today's order was absolutely fantastic! The staff is commendable for excellent work in food preparation. I am a satisfied customer!"

"incredibly terrible service/experience. it took 13 minutes to get my order and it was wrong. I wait so long, the order was no longer on the board, so I was asked to determine my receipt what the order was. custom bacon cheese made wrong twice. Recipe clearly says only sneeze. First time it had everything on it and 2 times had ketchup. allergic to tomato and ketchup. 3 chefs and no one can make a burger as ordered. apparently I can't have it anymore. the manager was everywhere. my advice, manage if necessary, withdraw or finish. the team ruins their business. the concept of almost food is lost at this place. the dining room had to be cleaned. her main product is burger, get it right! I will never visit or recommend this place."

"I had 30 minutes to lunch today. wing around 11 clock and literally worked less than a block away. there was a car in front of me in the window and I waited almost 10 minutes. first I thought it was understaffed and I would accept that. but we're coming to this. After we waited 10 minutes behind this minivan, I'm going to the window and get an empty star from the cash register and then she asked me what I ordered. I tell her a medium with a coke and it's like I'm talking another language. there was no one behind me. in the last 10 minutes they could have received the only order. but somehow they didn't. but they could've worked hard. but they didn't even offer to get me something or make it right or even make it right. So I went halfway through my lunch with zero eating. my coworker went in and they had no fries. but not only did not do, they had no fries in the building. they had to send someone on a French frise that had to run outside the building to have them. I saw 4 people working out of the drive-dru window, and my teamworker also saw 4 inside. no other customers. close the restaurant. if no one wants to work, they simply close the restaurant and save it the money. What happened to them burger king? you've always been glowing. I'm not back."
