"I love their subs but this time they made the chicken bomb kinda dry, like it needed mayo or something. Also they need a basket or a plate to serve you when you dine in. They had ketchup and mayo containers on eat table but I think mayo should be refrigerated once it's open."

"pick up order; promptly ready, cleanly packaged, GIANT 20 oz cop o ' fries (you can order regular or overcooked) for under $5 and they are GOOOD! Thin, but tasty the way BK fries were back in the '70s. The subs are okay, veggie cheese options are decent, hot or cold, I thought the bread was nice and soft, wife thought it a bit bland."

"Every time my fries are burned. Unbelievable. Why do I spend almost $30 for food that comes wrong? And I'm going back to give him another chance, and it's still disappointed. This place is understated and apparently they don't know what they are? I imagine because neither my sub-parts were right. Zero seasoning, no spices and not even properly cooked. I'm never going downtown again. I'd rather go to the North Sea if I spend this kind of money. This franchise is garbage and has gone badly downhill. Not to mention, I waited 35 min for 2 subs and burned pommes. And I'm not even mad at the workers because there were only 3 girls and they work where super sweet and hard, but it's obvious that training is garbage because it shows in food."

"I was highly disappointed with my Roast Beef sandwich. The meat was extremely thick, making it difficult to cut and even harder to bite into. The taste of the rare roast beef was good, but there was too much gristle and not enough meat for the price. Perhaps if the meat had been sliced thinner, there would have been more quantity. This was the second time I had ordered this sandwich and both times it was the same, so I doubt anything will change and I will likely not order it again. I would suggest trying the steak bomb if you're looking for a great steak sandwich, although it also has a limited amount of meat for the price."

"The whole thing was pitiful. I absolutely love Anne, she is super sweet. But her driver, Hunter. Needs an attitude check. She brings out pizza, and when my friend opens the door, she basically SLINGS the pizza into the door way, almost hitting my friend. Then hand the two-liter of coke to my friend. We open the pizza box, and the whole pizza is mangled. Slid all to hell, and half of the pizza is smashed into itself, because the way she was A. violently throwing the pizza away. Or B. Driving bad. Or C. Both? It is absolutely sad. But, unless something is replaced, or refunded. We probably won’t be back. Or order from this snappy again."
