"Ordered an Italian and was asked if I want everything on it. Which would normally be lettuce tomato onion and pickle. Got home and the sandwich had lettuce and banana peppers on it... also I had asked if the bread was fresh and was told yes. So i got it untoasted, the bread was stale. I would never go again I hadn't been in probably a year. Legit wish I could get my money back."

"5 stars all the way! We ordered 10 pizzas and they had it ready in less than 20 minutes. Their customer service was amazing, really great people. They even gave us plates and napkins which seems like a small thing but it was a nice gesture that we really appreciated. The pizza was delicious and very affordable. We’ll definitely be ordering from here again."

"I spent two months in South Portland and visited this restaurant nearly every day for their incredible teriyaki chicken rice bowl. I also really enjoyed their Thanksgiving sub, which comes with a side of gravy. I appreciate all the menu options, and the staff always made me feel welcome—each visit felt like catching up with old friends. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it. Enjoy!"

"very clean very accommodating went over and beyond to make sure that the experience was good the money-sized product and also I go as often as I can, just recently I had a car that had died I had lucky enough to keep in their parking place and I was talking to the manager in the service, she did not allow me to keep it there until I could fix it or drag it on her also said. I am very satisfied with all the aspects of the business?"

"Grass fed beef is always a victory for me. All burgers are delicious. Also the best gluten-free pizza crust I had for a long time. Definitely the best in the area. The wings are great. Loaded pommes are so good. The salads are delicious. The sandwiches are always good. It's great to try what's on tap. In any case, a family lover of us. Great service. They won't be disappointed."

"I come into the Eatery to pick up my mom’s order a lot and it never feels like a hassle because I’m consistently greeted with such kindness by the women at the front. The last few Friday’s the same girl with curly hair was there and she remembered me and greeted me which was nice. It’s refreshing to go somewhere where a staff makes you feel like a part of the community rather than a forgotten customer. There’s a sense of familiarity that The Eatery staff brings to the table and you can’t find that at many food places. Their food is also great and the cafe interior is so cute!"
