"order paid online before they check in when they arrive. partial food order brought missing fried pickel (the honest of the main reason, I would eat here 2) said they were asked out what I wanted, in exchange then the chicken strip combo had no wobble ring and diving sauce from any kind of let alone the specially ordered finished waiting additional 20-25 minutes for wobble ring replacement side to be cooked. then the drink order was only 1 of 2 so asked for the drink ordered paid for w/combo option, if it was brought out hc fruit stamp instead of big red soda so it had to return. this was at the end of time on my way back to home through an unknown location in the night, so nothing could back bc certainly the $16 worth the drinks were just consumption material (the 1 was free from rewards promo on app) when I was finally at home, it was shed to eat, was even more moved frit fat I assume what the problem was bc all dark lessons!"

"Second time trying a Sonic. This particular Sonic was very clean pulling up to it. Placing my order was quick and easy. Love the screen gave me notices of my meal being made and that it's on its way out. Being a hot dog fan it was disappointing that they don't have sauerkraut for their hot dogs. It's a nice place to pop in when you're by yourself and you can order what you want and eat at your own pace. Will definitely be back when I'm on that side of town!!"

"the lady asked me my order 3 times in order and still had it wrong. I don't understand what's so hard without ketchup or mayo. also my fries were cold and evil. dragged to make it new and I had to repeat myself three times and pommes were still evil and cold. the only thing I had eaten was the burger and that was just because I was hungry after work. this place was the best in mobile and unfortunately, another bites the dust. Nothing but children playing around in the kitchen, throwing paper balls together and running the restaurant? never again, unless it is for ice cream. (if they can do that correctly.)"

"I wish I could give this a zero. This is by far the worst food establishment I have ever been too. I placed an order on the app and waited almost 40 minutes before pressing the button and asking for an update. They told me it was on the way. Waited another30 minutes and still no food. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to go through the app and get my refund. Now I have towait 7-10 days for my money. The manager was sitting down outside while the workers were on their phones not working. Whoever isthe franchise owner for this location should sell it because they truly don?t care so why should we?"

"that was my first time at this place. I know sonic from where I moved. sonic always seems to be on him or not at all on him. Now, this visit was first impressed by the car-dru staff who accidentally cut off the head but went out to make sure that she had my order correctly. I was not too impressed by the chicken ornaments as they can see on my photos. they were either boiled in the old oil or the oil was not hot enough. idk, but you can see what I got and it tasted like....cooking oil. I can go to them another, but I can not eat again saturated cooking oil."

"I visited this restaurant earlier today around noon. Despite the busy lunch rush with the drive-thru line 75 cars deep, Lamont was seen multitasking - cooking, taking orders, and delivering food all by himself. He handled the situation admirably, even apologizing for the wait and thanking me for my patience. Please commend and recognize Lamont for his hard work, as he likely doesn't receive enough compensation for running the entire fast food restaurant solo. If my young son wasn't with me, I would have offered to help. Thanks to Lamont's excellent service, I will definitely be coming back to this location more often."
