"I am not a professional food critic, but I do eat food daily and have experience working in food service. I once worked as a server and as the lead grill cook at High Desert State Prison in Nevada for 4 years. In all my time cooking prison food, I have never encountered a meal as terrible as the one I had at this restaurant. I only chose to order from here because it was the only place open late when I ordered through DoorDash. The sandwich I ordered was made almost entirely of a super greasy, yet rock hard bun that was practically inedible. The bread and other ingredients seemed stale and old. Despite my bravery, taking a bite of this sandwich was a big mistake as it was so revolting that I felt like I would be nauseous for the next decade just thinking about it. This experience is something I will never forget, as it not only failed to satisfy my hunger but also put me off eating altogether. It takes real effort to create something so repulsive, and I am amazed that this restaurant is still in business given the poor quality of the food. I wouldn't accept any amount of money to finish that sandwich, and even the fries were equally unappetizing - soggy, overly greasy, and tasting as though the oil had never been changed. I can't comprehend how fries could taste so bad. Overall, this was the most disappointing food I have ever encountered in my life. Even my 12-year-old daughter could make a better sandwich at a fraction of the cost. It's truly surprising that this establishment is able to operate serving such subpar food. I believe that with some changes, such as improving the menu and reducing overhead costs, this place could easily increase profits by 200-300%. However, I'm uncertain of the damage the poor quality of food has done to its reputation."
