"Mollie Engelhart grew up in a vegan lifestyle. Her father owns Café Gratitude (local, organic, vegan restaurants) in LA, Northern California and Kansas City. Mollie never went to the culinary school, but has a gene for creating masterly flavor combinations that are equally suitable for every vegan and foodie. She usually learned when she saw her dad cook when she was small. She has a living personality and loves to talk about her food. The service staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their tariff, so do not shy if you are not sure what to order. Most people like me a few years ago, believe that vegan food is just fruit and vegetables. But the winds have moved and I'm just amazed at how good the food tastes and how good you feel after that. Everything is fresh every day. Sage also has a “icekreme” counter within the name KindKreme. The crown is made from a coconut milk base which is freshly made every morning by grinding fresh coconuts. The ice is made in small batches with organic, local and sustainable ingredients."
