"From ordering to plating takes a while, so be prepared to stay. However, everything is fresh and made to order so it's worth the wait. Be advised: ya better bring your appetite because the portions are very large! My wife and I were there on a Wednesday about 5pm and we were the only patrons, other than quite a few take outs. The service was great, the atmosphere clean and relaxing and the food perfectly seasoned. On that note, taste it before you salt it.I am from the South and can testify this place knows Southern food. Both my collard greens and black eyed peas had ham hocks in them and their fried catfish is some of the best I have had in years.If you make it in, tell them I sent ya. They don't know me yet....but they will!"
