"I was eating breakfast in their Franklin TN location with my wife when they started up their smoker. Unfortunately, their exhaust fan was not working properly (or at all) and the restaurant filled with smoke. Wanting to finish our meal, we finally convinced them to open a door. Both our eyes were beginning to sting so we rushed to finish eating and left. My eye irritation continued to escalate which eventually turned into a Dr visit and Rx eye drops. I called to express my concern. I was told the owner would call me back; which never happened. My recommendation; stick with drive through."

"Recommended Chinese restaurant and decided to visit. This destination was at 50% full as we were greeted and escorted to our table. What initially struck me was the dirty carpet. Soon after being seated drinks were ordered. The waitress was very nice but not attentive. Drinks were soon served and dinner was ordered at that time. Food was brought about 10 minutes later. The plates had generous amounts of fare and ensured take home seconds. I had Mongolian beef, sweet and sour pork, shrimp and fried rice. The Mongolian beef was the best part of the dish but only average. The breading on the shrimp and pork was undercooked and not light as expected. The fried rice was OK. The bathroom was dirty (bordering on gross) and needs a thorough cleaning. It is not ADA accessible."

"OMG! That was the best I had for a long time. The orange chicken dinner was so good. The white rice was tender. The chicken was chewable for my husband. It was a party in my mouth. The Magnolian beef with roasted rice was the best ever. Beef was so delicate and it just melts in the mouth. The fried rice was great. It was so good that I ate it rugged. The veggie roll was good my older daughter loved it. My son enjoyed the egg soup. He said it was very good and finished everything. The crab angel, where crispy and it had the perfect amount inside. I definitely come back. It was so much food that we have leftovers tomorrow and that I will enjoy. So glad I ordered here......."

"Sabay Thai Restaurant is the best Thai restaurant in all of NYC. This place is truly the best and most authentic Thai restaurant in the entire city. I don't understand why it hasn't become more popular yet. I went with two friends and we ordered a variety of dishes. The prices are also very affordable. We ordered 6-7 dishes and some drinks and the total was only $100! The Pad Thai was delicious and authentic, the braised pork basil was my favorite, and the northern style spicy minced pork was a new and flavorful experience. The spicy pork rib soup, egg noodle with crab meat, and grilled brisket were all also tasty dishes. The only downside was that the grilled brisket was a bit dry. I wish I lived closer to Queens so I could eat here more often."

"I cannot believe this place is still open for business! It is a Saturday afternoon at 12 o 'clock noon! They were out of corn bread buns toast no bread at all they were out of white beans cornbread dressing! The pulled pork tasted so sour we throw it away!The ribs were like a leather threw them away also!We got cream corn as a side and it was not their regular cream corn it look like yellow corn out of a can! I just called up there to speak to a manager the employee told me to hold on as I did that same employee got back on the phone and told me the manager said we could give you two free plates but we can 't give you a refund because we don 't have enough money in the drawer but never did let me speak to the manager! I NEVER ASKED FOR A REFUND! I asked to speak to a manager I told him. He said I 'm sorry, SHES busy talking to an employee So, never did talk to a manager! I have never in all my life... I will be getting in touch with someone!"
