Not only was the person who answered the phone extremely polite and professional, he took time to provide and estimate, instructions for the online payment process, and confirm pickup and contact information. While this is no less than I would expect for even 4 star service, he went beyond and beyond with a pleasant and friendly setting on the phone Amd in-person. My order was all freshly cooked and perfect for my arrival. He even offered me a drink while I was waiting for the staff to pack the boxes properly into a large box for transportation and loading in my vehicle. I was really impressed by the above and beyond the service I received from this little, from the way Fast Food Restaurant."
