"Food is average the portions are small. Our three meat combo was served on a cake plate for size reference Very underwhelming. Staff was nice but unable to substitute American cheese for cheddar on our burger. This is the first restaurant we've been to that the burger came with no sides. Won't be back"

"I've eaten here several times and never disappointed. The grill nachos or a favorite of me, Although the rib tips are also very good. I love her sauce. My only complaint is that I always come to fools and never have room for dessert! If you're in the area, I would definitely recommend stopping by. "Absolutely INCREDIBLE food! Arguably THE BEST in Memphis. Side note (for this location in particular you do NOT come here expecting phenomenal service. "Friendly staff, very reasonable prices (including a nice selection of $5 meals), and delicious southern cooking. I had the smothered catfish with shrimp etouffee over rice, which was fantastic. For dessert, I had peach cobbler and it was also great. Give it a try and I don't think you'll be disappointed."

"This is my second time going. It was 97 outside and the inside temp felt like it was just as hot, but without wind. Ceiling fans would help with air circulation. Meat tasted dusty. Not that it was dirty or anything, just had a consistency which didn't taste very good. I wouldn't wanna go there again."

"They pot roast tasted burnt and the gravy had no flavor. There were bones In The chicken quesadilla and it was greasy. My order was not fixed correctly. The potato salad had a grainy texture. I am so surprised! I have eaten there 2 times before. Had loaded baked potatoes and they were great!! The chicken was amazing! Best I ever had!"
