"even if perkins is a chain, it is a local favorite and a welcoming comfort. when they are looking for a meal with a great staff who obviously know their natives, this place is for them. Welcomed by kaloni and their employees, they feel as if they went to the house of their grandmother. the personal is attentive, and they all work together to ensure that their visit is a good one. we visited a sunny Saturday morning after a terrible night in a local hotel and forgot everything we were tired of from the ordeal once welcomed to this place. the atmosphere is great. quiet enough to enjoy their meal, the staff is attentive enough that their coffee will not get cold, and enough to illuminate them with good vibes to her tomorrow. the food was great and served fresh and hot. many options to choose from with breakfast lunch or dinner, make them sure to bring their appetit. I enjoyed the Belgian waffel with a side of speck and coffee. they even bring their own cup coffee on their table. the payment of their register card is easy with their fast kiosk’s and make sure to bring cash to tap their server."

"This Perkins location is consistently the best we have visited. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they excel in preparing their dishes (fluffy pancakes, crispy potatoes). We are always disappointed when we go to other Perkins locations, so credit goes to the management and staff here. The restaurant is beautifully maintained and comes highly recommended."

"The portions were so small! Taste was awful, breaded shrimp was greasy. Prices are too high for the amount of food you get. Had to wait almost 10 mins, after asking twice, for my grandsons cookies that came with their meal. Never asked if we wanted a soda refill, dessert, or even cleared our plates until almost 15 mins after we were done eating. The grandsons were done earlier than that. Had to wait for someone to come to the counter and take our money. She never said sorry for the wait, how was your meal, or even a goodbye. This was my mom's favorite restaurant, but will not go back. They even stopped making their Eclairs!"

"The food was good and no real complaints. The service seemed to lack though. The guy who served us spilled water on table and menu. Apologized but did not wipe it up. I later requested some napkins to do so and he still did not offer to help. Also while waiting on bench at entrance they were cleaning floor. Had us hold legs up to sweep and then mop. Then left no “wet floor” sign?"

"My grandmother, mom, and I chose Perkins for my mother 's birthday lunch. our waitress Lisa, was fantastic and truly epitomizes what a great host is. with all of the shortcomings of this establishment, she was the shining star and never missed a beat. even graced us with a little 'potty ' dance (she 'll appreciate that comment, it 's our inside joke. for the rest of the facets of our visit, we were given ample time to visit and share as the time it took for us to get our food was incredibly extensive, the bathroom spells worse than a high school locker room, the floor looks like it hasn 't been vacuumed since the trump administration, the host had to bus our table due to the lack of help, and the management is either overwhelmed or disconnected. all in all, this place would have gotten 1 star if it wasn 't for Lisa."

"We are up here for a family reunion and so we stopped out here for a bite to eat. We stood around with my family (six of us) waiting for someone to acknowledge or seat us. We waited five minutes. The restaurant wasn't very busy and there were plenty of staff intentionally ignoring (yet staring at) us. My family and I wear a lot of black, and we all felt that staff were purposely ignoring us as there were folks who came in after us that were helped. I have never felt discriminated against for wearing too much black since leaving high school over twenty years ago... it's pretty atrocious and rude behavior all around. Hard to explain it to my 10 year old when she could see we were being left out. I don't tolerate that type of stuff so ultimately we left without ever being seated or spoken to. Just stared and gawked at. Definitely making sure to spread the word to all our family and friends up here. Definitely recommend the Perkins on the other side of town. Or the IHOP."

The food was pretty good but I was shocked when I got my country fried steak, I was shocked cause it was a frozen breaded meat patty!!
