"The food was mediocre at best and once we were finished eating a huge roach started crawling up the wall right next to us. We left our leftovers at the table and were disgusted that we just ate in an establishment with a roach infestation. We asked for a reimbursement for this and were told that we were only allowed a 25% refund. We then asked to speak to the manager and were told by the servers that she was not in today. They got us the 25% and the managers number, we exited the building and called the number outside. We were given the wrong number. We went back inside and got the correct number, but the manager (we were told her name was Lisa) did not pick up and after several employees tried calling her on their personal phones, she still did not pick up. The employees ended up giving us the other 25%, to make a total 50% refund, without the manager Lisa’s approval because she was AWOL. I would only recommend eating here if you have a taste for bugs, good luck getting a refund or getting Lisa to pick up the phone."
