"It's rather amusing to see that many of the one-star ratings for this restaurant likely come from people who have never tried authentic Chinese cuisine. I find it hard to understand how anyone could complain about their fried rice not being brown. In traditional fried rice, it shouldn’t be brown at all; if it is, that usually means the chef has used too much soy sauce. Fortunately, most reviews are more balanced. Despite some management issues, this restaurant serves very good food. If you want to experience genuine Chinese dishes, especially from the northern region, this is an excellent choice."
