"I've been here many times, but I've never written a review. every time I come, I order the suppenknödel right away, as it takes about 10 minutes to steam. sooo good. I brought some non-Asia friends who never had suppenknödel and. they all loved it! I also ordered rice cake and singapur nudels for them to try. they were all satisfied with the executed and finished everything. be prepared as this is not a frills hole in the wall restaurant. there are tabs, but they circle their order on paper and give it to the person in the front. they also serve tee from the big urn or take a soda out of the refrigerator. if they want ice water, they ask the person in the front. eating comes fresh and fast. very authentic food. the place is full of Chinese. they know that a restaurant is good when their own people regularly apply them!"

"I don't eat in at this restaurant, but I always get takeout because I live nearby and love the food. The dishes are always freshly made and hot when I pick them up. I appreciate that the food isn't drowned in overly sweet, thick sauce like most Americanized Chinese food. The flavors are fresh and delicious, and the portions are huge. Some people complain about the staff being rude, but I personally don't have a problem with them. Americans are used to exceptional customer service, so when they don't receive it, they can be picky. The main cashier is efficient, doesn't engage in small talk, and that suits me just fine. Overall, this is one of my favorite places for takeout and I make an effort to support them as much as possible."

"Wish I could leave a ZERO star.Food was TASTELESS. No salt, no pepper, no seasoning of any kind. I wouldn’t even know I’m eating Chinese.Food was OVERCOOKED. The chicken was boiled into hard bits. The broccoli practically was mashed. The rice was clumped together and sticky.The egg roll was subpar and wasn’t filled. Mostly just roll."

"Staff provide a fantastic customer service. I only took a star as there was a language barrier over the phone when I had to ask about a change to my order. It wasn't a big deal because it was a change of my phone number. I ordered the family contract for two. They offer a lot of food. Most places I visited give more pages than Entrees, but that was not the case here. We had enough main dishes and rice to eat a second meal the next day. Our meal came with 2 ducks, fried or white rice, 2 egg rolls or crabs and 2 soups. Excellent amount of food for the price! I recommend this facility on Tiger Square!"

"I order from here quite often, and it's rare that I'm disappointed! I usually evaluate a Chinese restaurant based on their beef and broccoli, egg drop soup, General Tso's chicken, house special mai fun, and sweet and sour chicken. I give this place a solid 4 out of 5, although their sweet and sour chicken is lacking a bit. However, the rest of the menu is quite good and satisfies my cravings when I'm in a hurry. The staff are polite and helpful in explaining the menu items and portion sizes, and I've never had an issue with my food being undercooked or overcooked."

"This is good Chinese food. The environment is great and the people are so nice. I thought the prices were a little high. We had fried rice, orange pork and sweet sour chicken. Food came out fast. I was surprised, for dinner there were no egg rolls included or a cup of soup. That would be a nice addition."
