"Got two consome of borrego and a torta de borrego. The lady at the counter, who was very nice, let us know it wasn't going to be a birria dish, it'll have way less meat. The consome was very flavorful and held the flavor of the meat very well. I just can't see myself drinking that much broth without bread or anything else.The torta is definitely a must have. I wasn't completely sold until I tried it and once I did I knew I'd be coming back. It had lettuce, tomato, avocado, and mayo. The size was more than enough.The establishment was set in a plaza that goes by the same name, and the interior is clean. Students get free ice cream, the meats look fresh cooked, and everything was clean. I will be coming back."
