"Hadn't been here in years back when I believe it was their first location. The issue is the parking is tight as well as being located literally at the traffic light of Montrose Blvd and Westheimer... so lots of traffic and hard to get in and out when the traffic is backed up. The food was still pretty good and slightly spicier than I like but my taste buds adapted! The batter for the shrimp is light and great, the place is affordable and clean. They didn't skimp on quantity so I filled up half way thru my meal. I heard the Carter's come here when they're in town (Beyoncé JayZ) but didn't see them to holla at them today lol"

"We love this place. Great waiting staff. Ebony was friendly, efficient and enjoyable. We're from New Orleans, too. Gumbo was on site with many perfectly garden shrimps. Light, perfectly broken fried pickles a classic shrimp pool. A winner every time we go."
