"I was twice and it was consistent. Both times there were not so many people, if ever. The first time I got the Apple Kiwi kale and it was really good. The second time I got a sample of the strawberry hill (was not aware that it was as big as it was) and the apple kiwi ball again. If you carry out the customer survey and bring a screen shot of the confirmation, they will give you a $1 of your smoothie and a swag bag. I was surprised how much stuff was in the bag. The best time to go is in the evening because it was slow for me."

"This was my first visit to the Ballantyne location. I ordered and paid via their App. It was a simple process. I did not have any App updating issue. I was very pleased. I appreciate Apps that work. I thought I would have to install the newer version. Simply updating the App was quick! The store itself is a wonderful location. Employees were efficient and polite! My smoothie was ready when I arrived. I parked in front of the store. The smoothie was well blended and the right consistency. Be aware of the construction in the immediate area. It's normally congested in that area anyway."

"I enjoyed the service today by the two girls ashanti and madison, they were really patient with themselves and others and they can say that they tried their best. I think with a little more time they can really be fast like this big blonde young. they made my drink at the perfect consistency I demanded, I was initially skeptical, because usually only the young gets it right and tastes it well, but they did well. the foundation behind my three stars is because I saw that a girl on the back prepare and dance, if she had several submissions on the table, I would expect more professionalism whether they are in public eye or not. When I saw this, I asked about her manager and one of the girls said that he was not available at the moment when I saw that he went back in him smelled strong of smoke and ruined the taste of my smoothie. I would suggest that companies advise their employees to wear perfume or cocaine to distract the smell of everything they smoke because the disgusting is."
