"Appetizer and salad were great. 45 minutes after they picked up my salad plate, I still did not have my entree steak. Waitress and the manager both said it was supposed to be this way. Yet, the table next to me and across from me, both were seated after me, completed their meals and departed. No explanation was given for the tardiness. I paid my check for the app and salad. Never had the steak."
