"I’m a vegan and ordered chana masala and vegetable samosas. The chickpeas were hard and barely edible because they weren’t cooked thoroughly and the gravy was so watery. The samosas weren’t very good either, but I was hungry and ate them. When I called to tell them about the chana masala and that I was too far to drive all the way back, I honestly expected a refund for an undercooked, watery dish, but the guy told me that I could only get a credit for next time, but I wasn’t even planning on ordering from them again. If it was delicious but just undercooked, I would’ve made the long trip back, but I’m also recovering from cancer treatment and wasn’t going to get on the road again to replace a dish that wasn’t good. I am staying an airbnb and was really looking forward to having this meal, but I can’t even eat the main dish. It also doesn’t come with rice like every other restaurant gives with this dish. So I paid for something that I can’t even eat and cannot believe they won’t give a refund. I don’t plan on going back, so the credit doesn’t help."
