"Honestly the WORST customer experience I had in my whole life. I ordered food for the delivery. I live less than 3 minutes away. The person who answered the phone was rather rude. Immediately after taking my order, he felt sorry for me and gave me no chance to pay. When the driver arrived an hour later, I let him know what happened. The driver then told me to call the restaurant and pay the phone and then got into his car and left. 5 minutes after payment I received a call from the driver's personal phone number and was rated and SCREAMED because I didn't have a big enough tip when in reality the man I spoke to on the phone messed up. I feel totally disrespected and feel like my privacy is hurt. The driver was threatening and has my personal phone number and address. On this terrible experience, the food medium best. I'll never order from there again!"
