"The attitude, the attitude, the attitude.. I’m all about the hustle and moving quickly and effectively but the attitude is never necessary. The rep was trying to take my order while the person in front of me was still putting her cash in her wallet. Although I was called up to place my order, I did not want to intrude in the space of the person ahead of me, so I stayed back until the person in front of me was done..at this point it really wasn’t busy either, I was a bit shocked but I took it!the rep rolled her eyes and handled me the menu and stated “here’s the menu if you don’t know what you want, next person!”.. I told her that was not the case, I’m sure she saw the person in-front of her rushing to get out the way.. the fact that she didn’t care and attempted to rush me…not okay!On purpose I talked slow and asked questions about the menu…. At the end I ordered a bean burrito but honestly it wasn’t good., after two bites I was done w it and that place.."
