"I've always kind of been on the fence about everything I've had from Banzo with the exception of their falafel. I got really excited because this location delivers to my workplace, so I decided to give it a shot. an hour and a half later, with no fewer than 3 calls from their driver to my phone as I tried to get my work done, my food arrived cold, and incorrect. I had phoned the restaurant once during the hour and a half I waited (my delivery time was quoted at around 30-45 minutes), and the woman who answered, while polite seemed pretty unconcerned. I don't think Ill be giving these guys another shot."
