"tested opentable app and noticed that there were several available openings so reservation for 2. in an empty reservation/host area. we waited approx. 5 minutes and decided to go to the area. a worker (hoss? who was busy putting a table, noticed us and said that we wait to stay sitting. After a few minutes she showed us on our table, but warned us that they were very busy so it can take before we get our food. I told her to cancel our reservation and that we'd rather go somewhere, then wait. However, it did not cancel our reservation so that I was unable to make another reservation on the app. to the happiness we could put ourselves in another restaurant."
