"My daughter and I dine here regularly and we sit inside and hear the interactions with customers. I don’t understand the bad reviews. These guys are so neighborhood/ family oriented. Their food is great. They are not using the nasty waxy cheese that most places use. Not to mention their wraps and other food is always yummy and made the right way. I don’t even mind if it takes them a while when they are busy because my food is always delicious and they are friendly and talk to us while we wait. When we go in, we are greeted warmly and served like family and when we order delivery, the drivers are always super nice and the food is always still hot."

"We always love this place, take both out and personally. The pizza is our favorite, with lots of cheese and a really nice sauce. The salads are fresh and generous and we're in love with the Tempura iceplant. who knew? We were recently there as an extended family with an active three-year-old: We ate outside on the veranda during a violent thunderstorm, but got no raindrop on us, and the service was super friendly and efficient. We even went home with lots of left and a supplemental leaks! Very recommended!"

"I am disappointed to see negative reviews about this restaurant because the food here is excellent! I have been a loyal customer for almost 5 years and every visit has been consistently great. My favorite dish is the farmers omelette. The lady at the counter may not always seem friendly and may come across as a bit brusque, but I understand that the staff is always busy and working hard. It is possible that there may be an occasional mistake with a dish due to the high volume of customers they serve. Unless you have worked in the fast food industry, you may not fully appreciate the challenges they face. Despite any minor issues, I will continue to dine here and support this establishment."

"05/09/2023Worst wings I have ever had $15 for 10. Overcooked and extremely dried out. Not even the medium sauce, which there wasn't a lot of, could save them. I'm disappointed as a local told me to skip Anchor and Bar Bill Tavern to come here. Staff were pleasant, and there is a long wait time for your food to be cooked to order."

"This restaurant really shouldn't be on this app. For the average person, it seems really very nice and my husband and children enjoy their food. When I asked my server why things like French fries and sweet potatoes are the symbols for *vegetarian* instead of vegan, after checking with the kitchen, she informed me that it is because they also cook meat in the frits... which means they are not vegetarian either. I have tried not to ask any pages with my tofu nuggets what was apparently no option, and my server suggested several things that were made with animal products when I asked (coleslaw- mayo, yams or green bes- butter, etc.). There was no offer for adjustment or accommodation. I landed on macaroni and cheese as a side for my daughter and was further disappointed, my plate with everything that basically stacked one above the other, so naturally cheese sauce was all about everything. As I said, it's really not a bad place and for someone who eats meat, I'm sure it's fantastic, but it's not remote vegan-friendly."

"Best veggie slice I’ve ever had, thin crust and they don’t cheap out on toppings. Extremely friendly staff. Best pizza spot around, plus you can enjoy it on the water right across the street"

"So I came here to try the steak and eggs ? but changed my mind and picked the steak and eggs ? skillet instead which comes with some cooked ? potatoes ? eggs ? made your way and a choice of either toast, or mini pancakes ?. The plate itself isn 't a traditional hot skillet but it I definitely enjoy everything and noted the food was prepared with great care with fresh ingredients and I was so full I still have some pancakes ? left in my fridge for tomorrow. The skillet comes with a green tomatillo sauce so that was a nice surprise and I didn 't have to wait long for my food to come out. This being my first time here I didn 't see beverages listed in the menu so I asked my server for suggestions without realizing until the end of the meal there is a prominent chalk board against a wall with a complete list of canned sodas, juices, jarritos brand pops, horchata, milk ? and milkshakes. She suggested I order the strawberry horchata which was only slightly tasting of cinnamon but it reminded me too much of the child 's drink strawberry ? Nestlé Qwik drink which I never really cared for. I think the drink was OK but I probably would have preferred a simple tomato ? juice drink to accompany my breakfast food. The place itself is kind of worn down and could use some remodeling. Also to get to the bathroom ? you do need to walk through the kitchen area so it 's kind of a weird layout. I believe I paid around $27 including tip for the skillet ? and strawberry ? iced horchata which is a bit on the pricey side for a diner as low key as this one. Also there was a large table of rowdy high school kids here thar kind of killed the vibe for me. In summary food here is incredible but a tad pricey for the location and the fact that this tiny diner is not a fine dining experience. This seems to be an ideal breakfast spot for younger people that sells a combination of Mexican and American fare in a very low key atmosphere."

"I had an exceptional experience at Karachi Chat House. Right from the start, the friendly staff made us feel warmly welcomed. The service was impressively quick, with our food arriving promptly, a rare delight in busy eateries. Each dish was a showcase of authentic, rich flavors, especially the chats which were absolutely mouth watering. The highlight for me was the TEA it was simply amazing, with a perfect blend of aromas and tastes. The overall ambiance of the place was cozy and inviting, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. It’s not just a restaurant, it’s a place where you feel like a valued guest. Highly recommend for anyone craving quality food with swift and friendly service. A true culinary gem in the city!"

"Food: 7.5/10 Service:9/10 10/10 for Sweet potato fries with cinnamon butter Had shrimp and scallops scampi w. Steam zucchini and sweet potato fries. Food and service were good but nothing too special. If I’m around I’ll come but that’s all. But the combination of sweet potato fries and cinnamon butter is fire! Too good!"

"1. Service was very good. 2. Went with the intent to get a “real corned beef sandwich. They serve deli cornered beef not brisket so the photos on google do not represent the sandwich received. The deli meat was super salty so I had to return my order sadly."

"This is an adorable place for lunch/brunch. We didn't realize it was in the Sweet Pete's building, but the name makes more sense now. The food was great and the service was good. It is a small place, so a little noisy, but not a problem at all. Great lunch!!"

"Was really looking forward to eating here. It has this really cool look from the outside and kind of dinerish on the inside. Service was pretty good and the wine selection. OK... Even the house wine wasn't too bad. So we started with the famous gumbo... Not sure where it's famous, but it was pretty bland and nowhere near famous. I decided to have the Ahi tuna... As I wanted something light, but flavorful. Big swing and a miss here. The sauce on the bottom had virtually no flavor... I mean zilch. The ahi tuna was either old or simply not a good cut of tuna. it wasn't edible, but I tried. Where I'm always fascinated is when you finish or say your finished... and the bartender takes your plate sees you've only eaten a portion of your entrée and says nothing...then hands you the check that highlights a 30% tip. I could only laugh to myself... I did struggle through 14% as she wasn't bad... Just not curious. I'm certain fried food is good... Just not my thing"
