"Stay away ! These people are crooks. The last 5 times I ordered from this establishment I have had the worst experience. 1. I called in an order for crispy chicken plate and was told 15 minutes to pickup. When I arrived the same woman I spoke with on the phone said I never made the order and they don't have any more crispy chicken. I showed her the number I called of the restaurant and she said maybe It was a different employee this place used to be good so I do recognize her voice and that was a blatant lie) 2. Since they realized they can take advantage of their customers due to current inflation and shortages, they continue to send the wrong orders no hummus , no rice, wrong cabbage etc). 3. The last straw was tonight when cutting my daughter's chicken , I touched it and it was freezing. I cut it open and saw it was raw inside! Rice was freezing also! I ordered hummus, no hummus. I ordered red cabbage , we got white. The vegetables in the israeli salad are all old . These people think that we are stupid while almost every other restaurant is keeping their standards of quality albeit with higher prices due to inflation) and service. Shame on Dr sandwich! My kids used to love this place and now I guess we will be going to Taeem ."
