"What a great experience! We felt a little bad as we didn 't realize it was a dress up a little location . We have a toddler who definitely made a mess and some noise. We have not eaten here before and, wow! The food, service, and staff were great! We had a server who was very good at explaining what the food is and helped us order! He was honestly the best server we have had! He engaged with our little girl and didn 't make us feel unwelcome even though our daughter made a mess. Our son we recently adopted hasnt experienced Indian food before and he was in love! Thank you to India Place for a great experience. We didn 't get his name but our receipt says Charan!"

"This go round we ordered Rogan Josh. Chicken Tikka (appetizer style, no sauce), shrimp vindaloo and garlic Naan. What was excellent? The Chicken Tikka Appetizer was tasty. Not dry at all. Quite well spiced. Good was the Rohan Josh. Nice and thick flavorful sauce. We asked for some kick but this was mild and a bit sweet. The meat was mostly quite good. Lean cuts. Not great was the Shrimp Vindaloo. Sauce was sweet, a bit too much so. The shrimps tasted as if they just put some pre-cooked cocktail shrimp in this sauce. Garlic Naan. It was not even warm. Seriously.... My ten year old daughter will be making this with me soon."

"Campy and dated interior with friendly service and delightful Indian music. We did not care for the paper table covers. This is our first visit and we always try the Chicken Tikka Masala with Naan. It was missing a certain spice and was a little too much tomato taste. The chicken pieces were very good. The Naan (bread) was fantastic. Good chicken, beef and vegetarian options plus a cute kid's menu. We might go back someday when we are visiting St. Cloud."
