"I really wish I could rate it higher. But when both the food and wait times are lacking, something 's got to give.I was excited to try my first St. Louis barbecue and was just a little hungry--I didn 't want a huge meal with sides and a basket of bread. So their menu looked perfect to me--two different varieties of mini sliders and even individual ribs for $3. I sat on the patio and ordered the brisket sliders and one rib. I was asked if I wanted the spicy or sweet barbecue sauce on the side, and opted for spicy. The food came out rather quickly. It was the first time in my life I had tasted tough brisket. What a disappointment. Brisket should be fatty, salty, soft to chew. This was stringy and dry. I dipped it in the sauce, which was good, but couldn 't save the meat. I did love the garlic-toasted bun. I hoped the rib might be better, since the menu had called it falling off the bone. Unfortunately, GNAWING off the bone was the best I could do. That piece of meat wasn 't worth $3.My server was at first very friendly and attentive, but when they checked on me at the end of my meal, I said I 'd like the check as soon as they were able. Fifteen minutes later the check was brought, and ten minutes after that my card was returned. I actually took the receipt with the tip inside because I hadn 't seen my server in ages and needed to catch a bus (I 'd already missed one).I used their restroom while I was inside. They are very spacious and clean.I wanted to return on a hungrier day and try their pork steak, but I 'm not sure I want to spend $20 if the meat will be the same quality this was. In a city known for its BBQ, they 're going to have to step it up."

"from the Get-Go this was not the best experience. we arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation, which we booked through Open-Table. first they could not find our reservation, but as soon as they did, we were told that our table would be ready in « a moment. » I understood that we would sit in a short distance. I saw 3 empty tables, all on separate locations that were completely set. these tables remained approx. 40 minutes unoccupied. When I asked why we haven't been sitting, I got a snapping answer that it was a busy day and that everyone waited another 30-40 minutes. interestingly, guests were told without reservations that the waiting period was « about 20 minutes. » after my request I was quickly seated. a few that had arrived at us for about 5 minutes, without reservation, sat at the same time. By the way, these 3 tables were not occupied when we crossed them. we sat on a table that was not yet set up. there were serviettes and knives, but no glasses, no forks, spoons, menus. we ordered calamari, chickensuppaki and rindersuppaki. the calamari was quickly brought to our table shockley. it was not particularly delicious on its own faust, but it was served with a very tasteful tzatziki sauce. the sauce was overwhelming garlic-y. next came main plates that were rice, Greek salate and a spiced kartoffel, with our choice of meat. reis was good, perfectly flavored, perfectly boiled. salat was good, tasty and fresh, although the red bevel could have been tinted a little down. He was awful. I actually had to wait until our server came by so I could get some water to swallow the huh. it tasted tasteless and had no moisture on it. I wouldn't order that huh definitiw again. the bark, was a little more tender? but ultimately there was no taste. to dessert we tried her tiramisu, which was good. in fact it was the best part of the meal. final bill: $130, for this price I expect much better:"
