"The food and the decor were great. The service was lacking. Our waitress was lovely, and the low customer service evaluation isn't for her. During our dinner we could hear very loud kitchen noise (meaning people talking loudly in the kitchen, not noise of actual cooking). We were the only two people in the restaurant, yet somehow they sent out our dishes at different times. As we were eating, the noise then spilled into the dining room. People in street clothes (not the professional clothes our waitress was in) that probably knew the owners or the manager or maybe someone in the kitchen were just out in the dining room like they were hanging out in their living room. It made us feel very unwelcome, like by being paying customers, we were intruding. What should have been a quiet dinner was very disturbed. We rushed to leave. They need to remember to be professional, even when there are only a couple of customers. If they're not, how will they get more?"
