"I came to ladybird with a group of high school friends expecting to show them a good time, which was not the case. I’ve been a patron before and had a phenomenal experience in the past. When we arrived on Friday, we were sat at a table too small for our party and told a chair would be coming. After waiting 20 minutes, a chair arrived but only to be taken by another party, making us ask for another. In the 45 minutes we were there we did not receive waters. We had our orders taken but never received anything. It was clear a very expensive table was there and were clearly given priority. I saw managers roaming around trying to assist but the obvious difference in service quality has left a bad taste in my mouth. I commend the young lady that was our server as she was clearly working very hard under tough conditions. Either the place needed to be closed for that party for the night or have more staff to adequately server ALL customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
