"We have been here a few times prior to the pandemic and we always enjoyed the food. This time, I'm sorry the food was sub par. First, we ordered a prime rib medium rare and a sirloin medium-well, the prime rib came well done which its ruined and the sirloin was medium-rare no problem they took care of it only they brought back a prime rib that appeared to have been grilled instead of roasted. Prime rib is not to be grilled, any chef should know that. It was grilled which made the prime rib very tough and rubbery it was not good. I expected that the manager would at least stop by and apologize for the mix up but no one every apologized. We most likely will never return."
