"Phenomenal Dinner Experience! Maize is a must eat when you enjoy a lot of attention given to your food. It was perfect for us to have an appointment night before we visit a wedding the next day. Slow down and enjoy the hospitality - this is not a fast service type place y?all. We spent about two hours here and didn't enjoy rushing to turn the table. Chef-Warte-employees went over and over the intake for my allergies. Most restaurants would simply leave the allergen, but instead of oak smoked bacon bits my apple wood was. There was at least one change in every court, only for me, and I had zero symptoms or reactions afterwards. I added allergenic comments in my OpenTable reservation to give them advance notice. Thank you for going extra mile to keep me safe and provide a similar delicious dinner!!!"
