They make and pull their noodles by hand and you can definitely taste the quality: the noodles are very, very long and have a wonderful resilient, chewing texture. Her lambsuppen broth was very clean and light and not too salty. Both lamb noodle dishes were excellent, and the prices were quite reasonable. Absolutely come back! Edit: came back, tried her cow tendon noodle soup. Large noodles and a light but tasteful broth. Many flesh and tendons."
