"I rarely give a star, but this only affects customer service today 11/30/2022. I ordered catering from them every year and I tried catering on Saturday. The lady who answered for some reason had difficulty understanding my order, then suddenly put me in the grip. I called back and asked for the manager. The manager wasn't there. I had to call back the next day and ask for the manager. A guy came on the phone and took my order and said he'd call me back. His Tuesday and no recalls. So I called again and a lady answered and said my order was not in the system and they had no number on file although I spent 20 minutes with the guy who gave him all my information, and she asked to tell her my whole custom order again. And by the way, she told me he wasn't the manager. So I told her that it was really a bad experience and I was really frustrated and I will probably go somewhere else. And she said, go somewhere else!"
