"this was our first visit to zhivago. we were just a handful of regular diners, while the rest of the dining room was clearly set up for several big parties. the workers were so incredibly busy to engage in these extravagant parties that the few tables that were just dinner were mostly ignored. we waited (very hungry) for one hour for a huh, salmon and an salate. in the meantime we saw 12-15 waiting personal bringing more clad after the board of food for a banquet of people who had not yet arrived. our waiter, who clearly did not have control over the preparation of food, still looked at us with little care or emotion when we asked him for the eta of our dinner. our party of 4 was convinced of our invisibleness and noticed the others diners who were helplessly staring at the waiter, hoping that someone would remember that they were there. frankly, I have no idea why the dining room was open for regular restaurants when they were clearly unable to function as a banquet hall and restaurant. one of the worst culinary experiences of all time."
