"I was really looking forward to celebrating my birthday with special friends and delicious food, but unfortunately, my experience at Buca on 03/29 was very disappointing. Although the company of my friends was great, the food was far from what I had expected. We ordered a variety of dishes based on our waitress's recommendation, but ended up with more than enough mediocre food that we couldn't finish. The spaghetti with marinara sauce was bland and tasteless, the tortellini lacked flavor, and the shrimp scampi was extremely dry. We spent a lot of money on subpar food, and even the birthday sundae I received was unimpressive. To top it off, our requests for additional items were ignored by our server for most of the evening. Overall, my birthday dinner was a disappointment and I will not be returning to Buca. I have already shared my negative experience with others and will not be booking a reservation online with them again."
